Isabel Mantooth, PA- C

Isabel Mantooth, born in Texas, grew up in Tennessee. She received her first bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Middle Tennessee State University. As a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard, she attended The Interservice Physicians Assistants Program, where she received a second bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies through the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

She is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She spent eight years enlisted as a medic in the US Army National Guard before being accepted into the prestigious military program for PA school. After graduating, she completed a residency in Orthopedics. Isabel then spent several years having a non-operative orthopedic practice in orthopedic urgent care.

She also serves as an officer in the Texas Army National Guard. She is passionate about learning and educating her patients. She enjoys providing a wide array of treatment options for anyone facing injury or chronic illness by offering functional medicine and treatment with a holistic approach. She enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, and hiking.
