Kristin Jarrett, PT

Kristin Jarrett is a physical therapist, wife, and mom who is originally from New Orleans, LA. She received her Master of PT from the University of Florida. Her dreams and passions took her to Broadway, where she worked for several Broadway musicals offering PT with NeuroTour, predominantly with Disney’s The Lion King in New York.  Now Kristin, her husband, and three children call Austin home.

Kristin will celebrate her 20th year practicing physical therapy and her 9th in Austin.   Some of Kristin’s certifications include – Kiniseotape level I and II, Dry Needling I and II, Visceral manipulation, Pilates Mat, and Food as Medicine (PESI).  Kristin’s philosophy is “Working with athletes, dancers, people on the go; these are the people of my life. I want to help these people.

I am a dancer, my kids are athletes, and I am a working/volunteering/coaching MOM. I can relate usually in some way to my patients, and that makes for successful therapy.”

In her free time (not with the kids), Kristin enjoys exercising in classes, Pilates, hiking, paddleboarding, rollerblading, and walking her two dogs. She usually spends weekends cheering on the Canes SW Baseball with her older son, seeing Broadway tours with her daughter, or coaching her youngest son in whatever sport is in season.
