Plantar Fasciitis is a painful inflammatory condition that affects the connective tissue of the foot’s plantar fascia. Common causes include improper shoe support, unequal leg length, or an increase in physical activities with sudden or significant intensity. Symptoms typically include pain and stiffness on the bottom of the heel or arch of the foot, often worse with weight bearing activities.
