Did you know our Physician Assistant, Jordan Waldron, is Functional Medicine Certified? Functional medicine is a patient-centered approach to health and wellness, as well as chronic disease management. We gather in depth information about your medical history, and use this information along with labs to identify the root cause(s) of the illness, including triggers such as poor nutrition, stress, toxins, allergens, genetics and your microbiome (the bacteria living in and on your body).

Once we identify the triggers, we can customize a healthy living plan for you. Your plan will address many aspects of your life, from physical needs, including nutrition, exercise and sleep, to mental and emotional stressors related to social, work and community life.

Before your first visit, we will have you complete an extensive medical history questionnaire. The information you provide lays the groundwork for our investigation into the root cause(s) of your current conditions. We will also ask that you gather any previous diagnostic testing that may have been done by other providers, so that we can have a better understanding of your health. During your first visit, we will review your health history, perform a physical exam, order lab testing, and identify your health goals.
